Happy New Year Friends. Well here we are again, being shut down and going online as of Wednesday Jan 5/22. Not how we wanted to start the new year. If you are scheduled for classes on Tuesday Jan 4, it is in person so come on in can’t wait to see you after long holidays. We will make the best of this and hope it’s a short run. We just want to thank everyone so much for the overwhelming response in helping us purchase a spin bike so Marcia can continue her fitness in the comfort of her own home. Marcia has no idea who all contributed but she was moved to tears and thanks everybody from the bottom of her heart. We are so proud to be a part of this amazing community. WE ARE OPENING TOMORROW!!!! Wow what a long haul this has been! But no more, we are back and we are beyond excited. A couple things to mention, first to everyone who borrowed weights and equipment If you can bring it back over the weekend or bring with you for your first class with a deadline of Friday the 23rd. This is crucial as we can’t run classes without the weights, thanks. Secondly covid protocol is still recommended so please wear your masks into the building and you can remove once inside the studio. We will maintain strict cleaning to keep everyone safe as always. Actually there are three things I need to say and the third is simply thank you to each and everyone of you who made the commitment to yourselves and us to continue with fitness either online or on your own, we are so grateful and super proud of all of you.
