This is a space to hear about our experiences as Practitioners – some client experiences, clinic set up, marketing, social media, practitioner skills, growing confidence & working with what we are passionate about.
This workshop is for you if you are wanting to invest in yourself and upgrade your skills as a practitioner, iron out any concerns you have around your confidence as a practitioner, get help with any questions you have or learn something new about the wider practice of being a ConTact CARE Practitioner.
We both have a passion for concussions, pelvis work, women’s health, how a Flinchlock affects the mind, emotions and personalities, athletes, and sport / movement specific injuries.

Come along, pick our brains and connect with other likeminded people.

All with a dislocated shoulder and all the COVID Bull💩

I've moved... Not far, just around the corner...

My new room is at 120 Lower Dent where Nicole has opened her new Contact Care Clinic! You won't miss it, the signage is pretty clear but I've also added a pic of the building below. There is free street parking outside and we do have 2-3 off street parks available to the right of the building if you get stuck.

Not only do I have a brand new room to work out of I also get the extreme advantage of working alongside an incredibly knowledgeable Contact Care practitioner! Nothing like being able to share ideas, ask questions and continually learn during your working day!!

🎉🎉🎉 Its finally here! 🎉🎉🎉

I have eagerly awaited this moment for a very long time!

My new clinic is finally here at 120 Lower Dent Street!

You shouldn't miss it as my sign is massive! And maybe just a little bit bigger than I anticipated... I am between Autocare and Vital Signs.

There is still a little bit of work to do but its workable for now and I absolutely love the space! A nice sunny waiting area for you all to hang out in, including a little shop :) There is off street parking IF you cannot get a space on the street outside. And... No more stairs - which I know many of you will love as much as I do!

I cannot wait to share this space with you. 🙏

Hey Everyone!

I hope you are going well through this time, enjoying a forced break, exercising and spending time with family - I know its not just me, but I cannot wait to get back to work!!

I am still currently awaiting my MRI and I am off on ACC in the mean time, my shoulder has improved but still niggles and very achy. But Progress is progress as we all know!

Dianne will be filling in for me again for a little while - with me in clinic during sessions also.

I have opened up the diary so you can now make bookings online.
If you had a booking that was cancelled due to Level 3/4 please book online otherwise I am working my way through the list to call you all.

A few rules:
1. Please bring a mask and use hand sanitizer provided.
2. Please scan or sign in - I do have a record on my booking system too.
3. Please only come at your appointment time and remain 2 metres from other clients.

Please if you have any concerns for questions, please feel free to reach out and I am here to help.

Injures are never part of the plan...

IMPORTANT POST - PLEASE READ:

I have some news - Good and not so...

I have had a great time on holiday snowboarding and adventuring with the family! Thank you all for your patience while I have been away.

Unfortunately I dislocated my shoulder last Friday while at Mount Ruapehu, and have been in complete denial since - "I'll be fine, I can still work" has been running through my head on repeat. Today I have been to see the docs and waiting on the specialist for a MRI to check damage - so regrettably that is me out for the month. Some of you will know exactly how hard this hits me - to not be able to help and do what I love for a whole month! Maybe more - fingers crossed for less!

I HAVE A PLAN!

I will still have the clinic open and me about the place. However I will have another amazing local practitioner working for me! So you have two heads and one set of hands to work on you! BONUS! Some of you have already meet Dianne Holwell and know she is a great practitioner.
Bookings will be a little more limited than usual - due to Dianne also seeing her own clients during the week, so please be aware of this.
