Garlic Ginger Glazed Salmon (serves 3 to 4)
Ingredients:
3 to 4 pieces Bowl & Basket salmon portions, defrosted
3 to 4 pinches coarse sea salt, or more to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste
1 to 2 tbsp oil
2 packets Bowl & Basket Jasmine Rice, ready to use
2 bags Bowl & Basket Spring Mix and Baby Arugula salad greens
1 packet Bowl & Basket shelled edamame (steam-in-bag)
1 bag Wholesome Pantry avocado
A touch of vinegar
For the Sauce:
1.5 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp honey
2.5 tbsp water
Β½ tsp starch
2 large cloves garlic, grated
1.5 tsp ginger, grated
1 small red chili pepper, seeded and diced
1 scallion, diced
Make the sauce: Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, water, starch, garlic, ginger, chili pepper, and scallion to a jar. Seal the jar and shake well to combine.
Season the salmon: Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel. Lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper on both sides.
Pan-sear the salmon: Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until warm. Add oil, then place the salmon fillets skin-side down. Cook, undisturbed, for about 3 minutes or until golden brown. Flip the fillets and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
Add the sauce: Pour the sauce into the skillet with the salmon. Let it sizzle and thicken for about 1 minute. Transfer the salmon to a large serving plate, pouring the pan juices on top.
Prepare the sides: Warm the rice and edamame according to package instructions. Lightly toss the salad greens with oil, salt, pepper, and a touch of vinegar. Slice the avocado.
Serve: Plate the salmon with jasmine rice, salad greens, avocado slices, and a few spoonfuls of edamame. Serve warm and enjoy!

Game Day JalapeΓ±o Popper Dip
The teams are set, now it's time to get your game day menu ready! π This JalapeΓ±o Popper Dip is easy to make and sure to be a crowd-pleaser...see recipe below. Get the ingredients and stock up on fan favorites now >>> http://spr.ly/6181xZ8AS
JalapeΓ±o Popper Dip
Ingredients:
JalapeΓ±os - 6
Bacon - 10 slices
Cheddar Cheese - 8oz
Mozzarella - 8oz
Monterey Jack - 8oz
Cream Cheese - 8oz
Sour Cream - 16oz
Panko Breadcrumbs - 1c
Butter - 1 stick
Garlic Powder
Mango Habanero Seasoning
Directions:
1. Start by adding the bacon to a foil lined baking sheet. Bake at 425 until bacon is crispy 25-35 mins.
2. Deseed the jalapeΓ±os and then dice into bite size pieces.
3. Shred your three blocks of cheese and set aside. You can always buy the pre-shredded bags but shredding it yourself makes the cheese meltier!
4. Once bacon is done let cool and chop.
5. To a large bowl add the softened block of cream cheese, sour cream, jalapeΓ±os, bacon, a few handfuls of your cheese, some garlic powder and mango habanero seasoning.
6. Give everything a good mix and add to a baking dish. Top with some more cheese followed by 1 stick of melted butter mixed with panko breadcrumbs.
7. Bake at 375 for 25-35mins and then broil for 3-5mins until breadcrumbs become toasted. Allow to cool for a few mins before serving.
Enjoy!
