All Natural Flea & Tick Powder diy for your animal companions 💚🐾🐶🐈🌱 and recommended by holistic vet!

1 cup Diatomaceous Earth (FOOD GRADE)
1/2 cup organic Neem powder
1/2 cup organic Yarrow flower powder

(I could not find any locally, so had to purchase on amazon. )

Mix all ingredients together and put in shaker top, I am using an old mason jar and will make tiny holes with a nail and 🔨

🚨AVOID EYES /NOSE (of both human and animal)
🌱Apply head to tail along spine in dry conditions.
🌱Brush Pet's fur opposite direction to get near base of hair follicles and touch skin.
🌱Rub powder on belly & legs
🌱Try to get as much on skin as possible.
🌱Apply once a month as general repellent. (* not for serious flea infestations)
🌱If pet gets wet/bath reapply.

Whether you're an old-school sweet ballads fan, or you're in your Midnight era, we have some T-Swift inspired blends you will love!

You can use these same recipes as a diffuser blend, a 10mL roller blend (https://amzn.to/3rE96Gt) or a 2oz spray (https://amzn.to/3L9Jb0M). To use in the diffuser, follow the recipes as is or simply add a total of up to 12 drops in most diffusers (up to 20 for the Aria!). Have you heard about the adrenal glands? Oh my goodness, do these guys take a beating – especially with our modern lifestyle.

The adrenal glands are small organs that sit on top of the kidneys. They are responsible for producing hormones that regulate various bodily functions, including the "fight or flight" response. They produce hormones such as cortisol, which helps manage stress, and adrenaline (epinephrine), which prepares the body for emergencies by increasing heart rate and alertness. The adrenal glands also produce other hormones that regulate metabolism, blood pressure, and salt balance in the body.

Adrenals maintain and boost our energy, kind of like a car shifting into first, second, and third gear as we go about our day. They also help our body survive during times of stress. Since many of us live in a state of constant stress, they wear down quickly.

Our adrenal glands aren't meant to always be firing. They are there to jump in when needed and not be running the whole show. But excessive caffeine, lack of sleep, emotional stress, demanding schedules, hormonal imbalance, diet, alcohol abuse, and always pushing ourselves to the max can damage the adrenals to cause them to fatigue.

Do you have difficulty awakening from sleep in the morning, often hitting the snooze button multiple times?
