Layout: There are 8 workout phases. Each week we step into a difference phase. You WILL receive my new step-by-step nutritional blueprint E-Book. We will also provide nutritional counseling and progress reports. You will have free access to the gym for the 8 week period.

🚨🚨🚨APCO Rate Reduction Act PASSES🚨🚨🚨
Today the Senate passed legislation I chief co-sponsored to provide the most significant rate relief for Appalachian Power customers in years, returning $1.4 billion to customers. Additionally, the bill:

➡️ prevents ApCo from increasing rates during the coldest months of the year
➡️ prohibits disconnection of residential customers until December 31, 2026
➡️ increases SCC oversight of APCo. The State Corporation Commission is the entity responsible for reviewing and approving utility rate cases
➡️ blocks base rate increases for the next year
➡️ simplifies electric bills so that customers have a better understanding of what they’re being charged and why protects customers from rate shock in winter months; and
➡️ creates a mechanism for protecting monthly bills from the cost of storm repairs and generation facilities

Amazing to see the leadership & support for Damascus.

Today, our Executive Director had the opportunity to meet with Vice President JD Vance and Governor Glenn Youngkin in Damascus as they assessed rebuilding efforts following Hurricane Helene. It was an invaluable moment to engage with leaders working to support our region’s recovery and resilience. We remain committed to serving our community and contributing to rebuilding efforts in any way we can.
