Adams County is taking bold steps to support new homeowners and strengthen our community! 🎉 Shane Melby recently purchased a home in Adams County and received a $2,500 Homestead Credit a new incentive designed to help buyers offset costs and encourage local residency.

💡 This innovative program was developed through a partnership between Adams County Economic Development and the University of Wisconsin–Madison’s UniverCity Alliance. Inspired by case studies and collaboration with UW-Madison students and faculty, the Homestead Credit is a proactive solution to address the housing shortage and attract more residents to our growing community.

A $2,500 incentive for those buying a home in Adams County. Perfect for covering first-month mortgages or easing the financial burden of moving into your dream home.
