Microneedling is a minimally invasive procedure that everyone the age of 30 and older should absolutelyyyyy be receiving at minimum, three times per year!
Amazing for pigment, acne scars, and firming fine lines/wrinkles.
Downtime after microneedling is approximately 24-48 hours of redness, and then a gentle peel for 3 days.
For me, my redness was completely gone exactly 24 hours later! I cannot wait to be microneedled again! As my skin has never felt and looked this good!
I couldn’t be happier with my results, (2 weeks later) as my acne scarring had significantly decreased (which is my priority goal). And my skin is SO baby soft!

Real talk, running a business is darn hard!
They aren’t kidding when they say “there’s never a day you aren’t working” 😂😂 boy I underestimated that!
We are def a “newer” business that is continuously growing, growing, growing as we expand our services and offerings (faster than I ever dreamed possible!) which I’m so thankful for!
With that comes challenges!
Challenges I know won’t last forever once we are more established and a “larger” operation. When I can hire out tasks that would lighten my workload. Man, I cannot wait until that day.
Until then, appreciating the daily blood, sweat and tears put in to bring our clients the best of the best!
For now, I’m really your one man show!
Here’s a little recap of my weekly to do-list:
☑️ Work 40 hours at the clinic providing care to clients
☑️ Create, plan & post all social media content
☑️ Respond to all inquires via FB, Instagram, text, voicemail.
☑️ Respond to all social media interactions
☑️ Clean and sanitize the clinic daily, with 1x/week deep clean
☑️ Ensure aware of product inventory of 8+ brands at all times. Order, unpack and stock all inventory.
☑️ Ensure supplies are all stocked, order supplies needed
☑️ Update client charting and photos
☑️ Pay employee bi-weekly
☑️ Direct ship products to clients
☑️ Create all consent forms
☑️ Continuously work on furthering my education of all services and products down to the level of every ingredient
☑️ Pay quarterly sales tax, federal income tax, and unemployment tax
☑️ Meet bi-weekly with consultants to discuss business growth and planning
☑️ Meet with contractors, city, and bank bi-weekly to further BZA clinic build
☑️ Continuously educate employee
☑️ Keep track of all expenses/receipts & tax deductions
☑️ Plan for future services: complete education, certifications and real life training
