Sleep is the stage and phase of a persons day that allows for recovery and proper hormone regulation.
The lack of proper sleep can actually greatly decrease your energy, efficiency and productivity with your day to day tasks
▶️ Structuring your meals
“As within, so without”
If you’re not mindful of what’s going into your body, you are ultimately setting yourself up for groggy days and foggy thoughts.
Your gut health is your ultimate mood coordinator.
Happy gut, happy body

“Why does it really matter..
Isn’t it just a deadlift at the end of the day?”
Well, not exactly.
When you start lifting on your own, taking advice from YouTube University, you pick up on a lot but don’t always pick up everything.
The squatted deadlift is a common technique performed by bodybuilders and self taught lifters.
And while the purpose is to move heavy weight (which is often achieved) there’s a cost.
The cost not only being technique but imbalance.
“Oh, but I can move the weight just fine”
“I’m not imbalanced, im aesthetic”
“I’d say i’m pretty evenly balanced”
Imbalances are the underlying reason for injury, pain, impingement and the reason why lifting careers are cut short.
Why?
Because when you have one side working more than the other,
Or even just one muscle working more than another,
you deprive the other from performing or being strengthened.
So rather than focusing on just moving heavy weight, we want to focus on moving heavier weight PROPERLY!
How do we do that?
✅ By hinging at the hips - rather than bending knees as much
✅ Keeping chest parallel to the ground - on the way down
✅ Meeting the ground with the weights more than our hips
This might mean going lighter for a few lifts while you get the new form and technique down.
But once you do, you’ll be moving more weight faster and easier with a reduced chance of injury!
