TUESDAY TIP - bring an extra sense of grounding or receiving into your meditation.
Grounding: putting your palms face down on your legs or lap, helps promote a rooting down energy, connecting you to the earth below.
Receiving: having the palm of your hands face upward allows for a connecting/receiving energy for whatever is in your highest and best good.
