Since I still don't quite have the words now to reflect on this amazing experience, I'm reposting who supported us with fantastic quality care throughout my entire pregnancy, labor, delivery and beyond!

Our baby boy is here! Born on 3/13! We are so in love and enjoying our sleep deprived newborn bubble ❤️

Happy birthday, Zachary. This first time mom made a plan for her birthing day and nearly everything she planned came true. The twinkle lights in the bedroom, the affirmations on the wall, her incredible strength through labor, letting her body lead her, and birthing this beautiful baby boy in peace. I was honored to be her Midwife and witness the beginning of this family.

We are so super excited to showcase this awesome new addition to our reception area!! For a while now we've been looking for a better display option for our favorite products and we have found the perfect fit! 

With this we've expanded some of the products we carry!

I am most excited about the Sunna functional wellness Elixirs, NYS Small Women Owned Business that is crushing it with these delicious bevvies! I love pouring one of these in a wine glass and sipping slowly on a bubbly treat. Plus functional ingredients like Chaga mushroom, Reishi mushroom, GABA, B12 and more. Balance + Bloom is hosting another sound bath event in celebration of her birthday!!! How amazing! The heart opening sound bath we hosted as a special pop up this past month was RAVED about! If you missed it, be sure to hurry and reserve your spot for this next special event ASAP hosted at the SRV Retreat Center!

And we're LIVE! Adding the reservation link in the comments. Space is limited so if you're considering joining me for this new trip around the sun, I strongly encourage you reserve sooner than later.

This is going to be a super magical event. I am SO excited to share my birthday celebration with all of you, this year. The gifts I receive from sharing space with all of you is so powerful, and so special to me.

Together we will walk through some incredible rejuvenation and healing modalities, truly open ourselves up for the new year ahead (SPRING is SPRINGING!), get up close and personal with balancing our solar plexus and sacral chakras to rebirth into amazingness ahead, and so much more.

The venue for this event is very special to me, and it's truly a magical space filled with all the beautifully zen vibes.
