When I find myself overthinking things, I get stuck in a never-ending loop. My thoughts trigger an emotion and that emotion drives my behavior. Usually in the wrong direction 🤣

When I take a moment to check in with my body and see how I am feeling and where am I holding it in my body, I can release the energy of it and move on. This time ~in the direction that is way healthier for me.

I have always heard the "everything is energy" but never really thought about what that meant. Once I began my journey with Reiki, I began to connect to and experience what it felt like to feel energy moving in my body. Thoughts and feelings that were stagnate, started to break free and move, clear and heal. It changed my whole perspective. It changed my life. Reiki was another piece of the puzzle I was missing in finding my purpose.

This unique coaching program began unfolding as I quieted my mind and went inward. It is the culmination of all my years of being a NLP Practitioner, Author, Co-founder of the practice of Ego Spirit Thinking and Reiki Master. I began to see patterns emerging. Everything REALLY is made up of energy and when you are experiencing life through the lens of energy, ANYTHING is possible.
