Please join us in welcoming our newest hygienist to our team, David Rivera RDH. David’s free time is spent on home improvements, playing music, and spending time with his family. He grew up in the San Gabriel Valley and relocated to Vermont in 2003. There he worked with individuals with disabilities while attending school to become a hygienist. Jackie, his beautiful wife, is also a hygienist.

Celebrating Dr. Tapp’s 5 year anniversary with Thousand Oaks Family Dentistry this month! Dr. Kari was pregnant with her twins that fall of 2016 and knew she was going to need help at the office. Fast forward to now and we so appreciate having two dedicated dentists to help serve our patients!

Meet Diana Rheingold, RDH. She is one of our amazing Friday hygienists that joined our team in April. Diana received her B.S. in Dental Hygiene from USC. Fun fact- Dr. Tapp worked with Diana in another office many years ago.

Meet Jackie Daly, RDH one of our Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and soon to be Wednesday hygienists. Jackie has a great rapport with her patients and is a joy to be around! When not in the office, you can find Jackie in her garden or hiking in the local mountains. Jackie is from Vermont, has two grown children, and is happily married to a hygienist.

Welcome Candice, our new office manager!She joined Thousand Oaks Family Dentistry in April, having previously worked for a number of different specialty dental groups. Candice earned a bachelor’s degree in English from Fresno State. When not in the office, her favorite place to be is in or by a body of water with her son Mason.
