Colton’s career began as a bagger at a mom-and-pop store, where he quickly discovered his passion for the grocery industry. Toril, on the other hand, started her retail journey as a seasonal worker at a craft store before pursuing her love of geology to become an exploration geologist. Their shared passion for adventure and experiences have now brought them back to the desert, a place they’re excited to call home once again.

She’s also a soccer enthusiast, having played for 11 years! Tate, a Cal State graduate with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, has been part of the Grocery Outlet family throughout his career. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us for our grand opening celebration—we’re so grateful for your support! Robin Eccleston is the proud new Independent Owner-Operator of this store. Along side him is his wife Susana Eccleston. A little about Robin and Susana. Both were raised in New York and have decades of experience in retail, customer service, and community support. Robin served in the Navy, worked over 30 years in telecommunications. Susana worked in grocery stores, bookkeeping, and medical billing. This dynamic duo is thrilled to bring incredible bargains and exceptional service to truly make a difference in the Overlea community.
